• Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.

• Once payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered immediately.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that billing information and contact details are accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. No Return and No Refund Policy

As mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy:

• All products are digital and delivered instantly; hence, returns and refunds are not provided.

• Refunds are only applicable for verified duplicate payments made by mistake.

• Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

6. Order Download Validity:

All digital orders are valid for download for a period of 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase. Customers are required to download their purchased materials within this validity period.

After the completion of 6 months, the download link will expire automatically, and access to the digital materials will no longer be available.

Each order allows a maximum of 5 download attempts during the validity period.

7. Printed Resources 

At Educators Resource, we provide high-quality printed academic resources aligned with the CBSE & NCERT curriculum, now available for purchase through Amazon, BookScape and Flipkart. All printed resource orders, including product listing, pricing, payments, discounts, packaging, shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer support, are fully managed by Amazon, BookScape and Flipkart in accordance with their respective policies. Educators Resource does not process direct sales or handle order-related services for printed products. Product availability may vary by class, subject, and stock status on the respective platforms, and minor variations in print or cover design may occur without affecting content quality. By placing an order, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Amazon, BookScape or Flipkart, ensuring a smooth, secure, and reliable purchasing experience.

8.  Usage Rights:

Once downloaded, the purchased materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and can be used indefinitely. Redistribution, sharing, reproduction, or commercial use of the materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility.
