What type of products do you offer?

All our products are eBooks (digital books). No physical copies are shipped.

How will I receive my eBook?

Once your payment is completed, the eBook will be delivered instantly to your registered email ID. You can also download it from your account on our website.

Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, an invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email ID after completing the order.

How can I make payments?

We provide secure online payment options, including:

Debit/Credit Cards
Net Banking
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
Digital Wallets
WhatsApp Pay

Can I make payments via Cheque/DD?

Yes, payment can also be made via Cheque or Demand Draft (DD). Your eBook will be sent after the payment is cleared.

Are eBooks refundable?

No. Since eBooks are digital products, once purchased and delivered, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please check product details carefully before buying.

Do you provide physical books?

No. We deal only in eBooks. All purchases are for digital copies only.

Can I access my eBook on mobile/tablet?

Yes, all our eBooks can be accessed on mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Make sure you have a PDF reader or relevant application installed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, since our products are digital eBooks, they can be purchased and accessed from anywhere in the world instantly.

Do your eBooks follow the latest syllabus?

Yes, all our eBooks are updated as per the latest curriculum and guidelines.

Are your eBooks compatible with Kindle or e-readers?

Yes, our eBooks are in PDF format, which can be read on most devices including Kindle, tablets, and e-readers that support PDF.

Can I print the eBook for personal use?

Yes, you may take a printout for personal study. However, commercial printing or distribution is not allowed.

Do you provide sample chapters before buying?

Yes, selected eBooks have free sample previews so you can review content before purchase.

What happens if I accidentally delete my downloaded eBook?

No worries. You can log in to your account anytime and re-download your eBook.

Do your eBooks work offline?

Yes. Once downloaded, eBooks can be accessed without internet on your device.

What if I purchase the wrong eBook by mistake?

Please review the product details carefully before purchase. As per our policy, refunds or exchanges are not available for digital products.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the content?

Unfortunately, no. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, hence no refunds can be processed.

What if I don’t receive my eBook after payment?

If you do not receive your eBook, please contact our support team with your order ID. We will re-send your eBook at no extra cost.

What are your customer support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (IST).

How long does it take to get a response from support?

All queries received during working hours are addressed the same day. Queries received outside working hours are taken up on priority and resolved on the next working day.

How long is my order valid for downloading the purchased materials?

Your order will be valid for download for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can access and download your materials anytime. After 6 months, the download link will expire for security and copyright reasons.

How long can I use the materials after downloading my order?

Once downloaded and saved, you can use the materials for a lifetime for your personal educational use. However, sharing, distributing, or reproducing the materials freely with others is strictly prohibited to protect copyright and content integrity.

How many times can I download the file?

You can download the file a maximum of 5 times within the validity period.

What happens if I exhaust all download attempts?

Once all 5 download attempts are used, the link will expire automatically, even if the 6-month validity period is not over.

Can the download link be reactivated after expiry?

No, the download link cannot be reactivated once it has expired or all download attempts are used.
