1. Product Licensing, Usage, Updates, Support, and Operating System Compatibility
All products sold through our website have their own individual licensing, usage, updates, support, and operating system compatibility terms. CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB and other names on the sites are property of respective owners. We do not own any material created by any company/organisation/institution whose name is mentioned in the product.
2. Payment
All payments on our website via our internal system are processed by either payumoney or Gift Cards, depending on which one you pick while checking out. We do not process payments ourselves and require payumoney to confirm receipt of your payment before we can deliver your product. All your financial data is stored on the servers of and is managed by payumoney, all of whom are PCI compliant payment processing services.
3. Delivery
After we have successfully received confirmation of your payment, your product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. A link to downloadable products will be provided and Smart Teachers stick products ( normally with more than 1 GB of data ) will be shipped to the address mentioned in the order form. Shipping charges will apply on all the shipped products with taxes.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products sold on our website, modified or unmodified. All products are property of its rightful owner. Each product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company, its owner, or its employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products sold on our website.

All third-party content, including images, published on https://yashg.site/educators/ is property of its rightful owner. You are, of course, allowed to share our giveaways and discounted sales via email, social networks, word-of-mouth, link sharing, etc. without need to ask our permission first — but you may not copy our texts, images, etc.
